  • I love your no nonsense videos. I'm glad you tell it like it is without following the popular fads out there.

  • @Naturalhit Thank you!

  • Steve... What is, in your opinion, the main reason why majority of guys in the gym NEVER train their legs?

  • @smoothMousePad Laziness. It takes effort. Plus, nobody ever asks to see your leg muscles. They want to see your arms and they ask how much you bench.

  • You are the ONLY person I've seen/heard say don't bother taking whey protein. That, to me, is awesome..

  • @rohaniscool Thanks. I know. People eat more than enough proetin to build tons of muscles. What the sellers of that shit fail to telll you is muscles come from consistent working out!

  • ok so i go to school. i wake up at 5:30 and get home around 3:00 this is on fridays only.. monday trough thursday, I usually dont get home till around 6 because of football. now my question is if i can eat before and after my work outs. in football we do alot of weight lifting. I also want to gain more muscle and loose some fat. I weigh (250 lbs) I've been loosing alot of weight. anyways what should i drink? WEIGH PROTEIN, OR JUST PROTEIN? im not familiar with this stuff. just started..

  • This guy is spot on.

  • can you tell me if the muscle pain (of what some called 'beautiful pain') after you worked out for 6-24 hours is what showed u that u've done atleast enough for ur workout and it's waiting to be repaired and grow?

  • @EthanLee

Yeah. I personally believe that its the

    most popular muscle building programs

online today for a very good reason unlike

many other programs, there's a lot of science

behind this one..Thats why I decided to try it

myself and was happy with the result. anyway,

    its all in the site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • yes but, if you do workout, do you need alot of protein
