i think what they were doing was hoping to operate at night under low profile and place weapons on the side of the road for later ambushes when convoys or whatever pass by.. Thats a known tactic they use.. Esspecially planting IEDs at night. But sometimes there happens to be eyes in the sky..

@makeminea99 Are you in the military? I am. And I would like to challenge you, to go to Iraq or Afghanistan, where you know that other HUMANS will kill you INSTANTLY with no remorse... immediately. Just because of the country you were born in. After you get there, I'd like to see how quick you are to ask "what could the legitimate activity be here?".
