Great Video! The older 414s with the tip tanks and fuel bladders were much more prone to the "dutch roll" similar to that of the 310. Makes a hot airplane even more challenging to fly. If you can handle the 414, the A model is no big deal. But coming up from a 310, the 414A is a bit more of a pilots airplane.
