Deluxe Rent-A-Car is a criminal rental agency. They rip-off the clients and forge documents. For two years they have illegally charged clients a Airport Concession Recovery Fee they dont pay the Airport. Potentially Bilking hundreds of thousands of dollars off innocent consumers. Contact the Los Angeles City Attorney if you have rented from them.

  • Update.... A joint lawsuit has been filed seeking to enjoin them from illegal activites and "Deluxe" has stopped with the illegal ACRF fee. They have found new interesting ways to screw their clients. Who says you cant make a change...LOL, they have changed the way they screw their clients. Have you paid a ACRF fee to Deluxe ? contact me

  • Here's the funny part...

I spent two hrs watching about 5 Johnny Park Shuttles running back and forth on Saturday and video taping them. I noticed a few interesting things...

Everyone I saw get off the shuttle went to Deluxe's door

Deluxe picked up from the Courtesy Shuttle Stop while all others stopped at the Car Rental Stop.

This is because Deluxe and Johnny Park are in collusion to decieve LAX about what they are doing. Conspiracy between two or more people... RICO ACT ?

  • I believe this person is an internet terrorist and blackmailer. He has demanded this company pay him $100,000 to go away. All this over a flat tire and a dirty carpet he may have caused himself. He goes from company to company with demands until he gets what he wants. Just look at his my space page were be brags about it. This should be taken off your site.

  • Address the real issues at hand stop deflecting - False Advertisement & Deceptive Trade Practices, Fraud, Forgery, and now bilking innocent travelers of their hard earned money.

    TRANSITIVE VERB:

    bilked , bilking , bilks

To defraud, cheat, or swindle: made millions bilking innocent clients

Explain Deluxe's policy change this week ?

Why have you still not produced the forged document to the police?

    13.3% tax @ $40/day on 450 cars = $854,100 a year

    It's the "Principle"

  • BTW...My kids still beleive in Santa Clause, believe what you wish... this criminal enterprise will soon be defunct.

I offered you a opportunity to make things right with the condition that you correct this activity and give people a 1year chance to find out and be refunded what you stole.

I asked you to make a fair offer for what you put me through and the 16mo. struggle to get your attention. You refused to make any offer.

Why pull the trigger and complain about the bullet ?

  • "legalfigher" try spellcheck. BTW my job is to evaluate the loan documents for people who are having a hard time surviving because of predatory lending practices, equity skimming, deceptive and false advertisement, improper disclosure and fraud. I look for RESPA violations in files and signs of fraud that the lender failed perform "due diligence" on even though they had the moral, legal, and fiduciary obligation to do so.

  • I live out of state and I rented from Deluxe at least four times a year for a number of years. They had THE BEST rental rates at LAX. I never had a problem. I'm in my 60's - they were always polite. If I didn't like a car they offered me - they switched it. I will miss them (AND their great rates!)

  • They wanted to give me a car when I visted la with 3 flat tires I laughed and walked away and went across the street and paid the same amount..

  • Most of the extra charges at car rental counters are rip-offs but there ARE ways to get around them. I reserved a car from Deluxe for and upcoming trip. They were half of what even the 2nd tier RACS were. I researched them to see what was on the internet about them. They seem to be OK but Ive seen your name on all the negs about them. I have an alternative in case things dont work out. Even Hertz and Avis have disgrundled clients. For the price, Ill take a chance on Deluxe. Best of luck to you

  • Did Alamo commit consumer fraud and take money due to the airport ?

should I pay their registration ?

Don't worry I have a newly uncovered fraud and some new videos coming soon

  • You kinda missed the point... This company specializes in defrauding people.

I live in LA and am stubborn as fuck when it comes to getting screwed by people... I dont let it happen without huge consequences. Did Alamo forge customer's signatures when the disputed charges ?

  • I don't know...living in Orlando and having worked for Alamo Rent a Car for over 8 years, I waw my share of disgrundled clients. A few stains on a seat is hardly worth mentioning as most rental cars are abused by the clients. The wheel was obviously damaged by hitting a curb, so if the tire needed repair, it needed repair. Take it and have it repaired or return the car for a replacement. I aways rent with a Platnum Mastercard and if there are problems with the service, I dispute the charge.

  • The veil of corporate protection is lifted with criminal activity. This exposes all board members to potential criminal charges and personal liability.

Upon the correct agency getting involved and forensic accounting anaylsis of the last 7 years or so there could possibly be a charge for each and every person who was fraudenly overcharged a non-existent or misrepresented fee to supplement your profit margin and offset the false advertisement of low pricing used to entice your victims
