@faridjabba This is production/library music (do a search for 'Production music' on the Wikipedia website if you require any further information about what production/library music is). It is taken from a KPM album (KPM is one of many production music libraries) called 'Second Sight' (catalogue number KPM 1332). All the music on the album is composed by Rod Argent and Robert Howes. This particular track is called 'Silk Touch (a)'.
