This is a fraud - ionized water is nothing more than the latest snake-oil scam. You should read up on the subject before buying this over-priced paper weight.

Actually, the ionizers carbon filter the water and then run the water over electrodes attracting bad elements with negative charges to the positive pole - things like florine, bromine, and chlorine and attracting positively charged elements like magnesium, potassium, and calcium to the negative pole. The water comes out in two places and you pick the one you want to drink. What do you think is better... the positive charged minersals or the negative elements?
