Trauma Center: Under The Knife 2

NOTE: DO NOT USE THE HEALING TOUCH UNTIL THE END, YOU WILL NEED IT!

Stage 1:
Kyriaki x4: When they spawn, laser the one on the right, and inject it, and be sure to fix up any cuts they make. Once they are gone inject the core 3 or 4 times.
Nous x4: When they spawn, excise the one on the left and right, because the last 2 will be close to the scapel which will be easy to excise in a short time, or if you can't do it quick enough, drain the spore and let it dive, if 1 or 2 are about to spawn, extract the spore with the forecep quickly and excise Nous.
If you inject enough, it will start to absorb blood with the vessels, so cut them quickly, and don't touch the red.

Stage 2:
Sige x6: When they spawn, gel/cut/inject, if you didn't gel sige, it will create pus causing th chain to break, drain the pus while getting rid of Sige, for the first one, gelit near the scapel, so you can cut quickly.
Tetarti x3: When they spawn, you won't notice the colours, so keep an eye out carefully, i use the pause trick so i can get a view on the colour.
Same as before, cut them quickly

Stage 3:
Bythos x8: The cores themselves still makes herromhage and cause your chain to break unless you cut them out, what i do is extract 2, and then inject, and extract 1 and then inject, i circle the area around to make sure there was none.
Sige x8: Same as before, but a bit harder with the pus, each time to destroy one, you can either use the black vial or the stablizer depending on how much you inject while you're at Bythos, if you inject enough, you will be ready to cut.

Once you're done cutting, the vitals will drop to 30, so use the Healing Touch, and finish the mission, i told you this before, save the Healing Touch or you are screwed, and even when your vitals are at 99 and you touch a blood vessel, its an instant game over. If you cut a vessel, you will have the opportunity to use the stabilizer because it will blink.

Areas you shouldn't be at:
Stage 1:
Pempti x4: Tumor cores is a major problem when you inject while tumors are present, and causes it break your chain.
Stage 2:
Kyriaki x6: Same as before, and rough with cuts which will cause your vitals to drop quickly
Stage3:
Pempti x6: Again, try not to end up here as well
Make sure you do it right or you will end up there.
