Super Meat Boy - Hospital (Light World) - No Death

Hey again. Here's another Super Meat Boy video of the run that unlocked the Needle Boy achievement on Steam, which is to play all the hospital levels in a row without dying.

I started at the beginning this time, because actually I think 2-2 and 2-3 are the toughest (or, at least, easiest to mess up on). Since this is the first time I did it, you can easily tell that I was getting nervous towards the end. Before this, my previous run ended pretty badly on level 10, so at about level 13 or so of this run, that's when I slowed my play down and only made the safest jumps possible. Nearly messed it up at the end, but thankfully the mistake I made wasn't fatal.

@mahchymk93 As far as I know, if you have any gamepad plugged in (such as the PS3 controller I have), it will display the X-Box controls, even if you use the keyboard controls to play.

But just to confirm, I do use the keyboard. Since the re-mappable controls were introduced, I use X for jump and S for special. When this run was made (i.e. before you could remap controls), this game supported an S - Jump, A - Special configuration.

@TheGreatFreshLOL If you're talking about the on screen buttons, he could be playing with a non-xbox360 controller, i'm pretty sure it would still show the keyboard buttons in that case.

i allmost got ch4 with no death's several time's , after a few try's to understand how the new gameplay mechanic's work , it's pretty easy
