Mega-deals and security to link China and Russia

Russia and China have signed multi-million dollar deals during a meeting of the countries heads in Moscow. President Medvedev said overcoming the global financial crisis depends greatly on the countries cooperation.

Especially since the wrongs Russia did to a weak China.

Weak China, resurgent China. Give me like 30-40 years, Russia will be on the brink of collaspe. China will swoop in to clinch some concessions. I doubt China will seize legit territories since that would provoke a war which will unify Russian people (they need to be unified with nationalism/common enemy which will give them strength).

Within the next 100-200 years perhaps earlier, China will have ensured Russian concessions.
