During warm-up session Mika almost repeated that "achievement" by running wide at turn one and putting the wheel on a dirt. Luckily he managed to keep the car on the track in that occassion.

it astounded me as to how those engines were so bad, given how good peugoet had been in group c. there was a race where martin brundle's car was smoking through the air intake while sat on the grip, and didn't make the first corner

yes it was 1994 with peugeot,but the engine was nothing special,and the follow year mc laren join mercedes,and leave the bad engine for the jordan:)
