so unprofessional and basic no wai. rather the opposit.

That glow around the mob that is targeted is just a huge step from their developers to ease the targeting system, in many other mmo's like wow and swtor and plenty more, you have this crappy little cirkle on the ground to show you wich mob you have targeted wich you cant see if the ground is cluttered with aoe or other mobs it makes u sit and tab target and check unit frame untill you find the correct one, and that draws attention from so much else that you could have ben focusing on.

@gustavlp The video is one year old, this feature was removed. Now when you are attacking a mob a red circle shows underneath it.

these goddamn ads...in every mother single fucking video in each goddamn one

Is the movement the same as GW1?

@gustavlp Press "O", game, disable outlines. Easy isn't it! Wait, you played the beta right?

@TheoKMNS You are one of the following 2:
1) Insecure and scared that GW2 will completely obliterate WoW, which is unlikely.
2) Trolling, in which case I give your troll a 7/10. It would use work.

@gustavlp the "glow" isnt there anymore
I'm a huge GW 2 fan, and from what I've seen so far, everything looks great! But, there is one thing that I'm pretty concerned about, and that is the ugly "red glow" which comes up every time you target a creature or player. I can only speak for myself, but if you ask me, I think that the red glow looks pretty unprofessional and basic, like something you would see in a facebook game or suchlike. I also think that is is ruining all the work they've put on the drawing and design of the creatures.

@gustavlp
Like a few other people have said, Arenanet listened to their players as usual and changed it in response to the feedback. Now there is the standard red circle under NPCs instead of the outline.
Thumbs up so people can see.
