Too bad the sound is out of sync a little.

I am very impressed with her technique. The Canada team has come to train in Savannah Ga a few years ago and I watched her and Jean (lassen?)train. I use her technique to prove their really is no jumping but a catapult from the hips with getting the heels back down quickly. She is way ahead of Gump and Woolfolk (Top 63 U.S.) for that reason. Shin-Ho Kang former elite coach from S. Korea was also impressed with her.

That's amazing she can power at those weights with ease. You can see on the side vids she has a 127 CJ and 100 snatch in terms of full movements.
