Rep. Issa: If Holder Didn't Know About Operation Fast and Furious, He Wasn't Doing His Job

Operation Fast and Furious, the ATF program that attempted to track illegal weapon sales to Mexico, has cost ATF head Ken Melson his job. He's expected to resign today. Darrell Issa, Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, joined Fox and Friends to comment on the program, the intention of which was to track guns sold in the U.S. to Mexico to get an idea of where they were going and who was buying them, saying, "This program was so stupid from the start."
When asked how many people had knowledge of the program, Issa said, "Clearly at Justice, at high levels, they knew the details cause they were funding and coordinating who was on this program." Did Attorney General Eric Holder know? Issa said, "I believe he should have known. I believe it was his obligation to know. The fact that there was a 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy at Eric Holder's office is to say really he wasn't doing his job if he didn't know."

@JakeBlakeProject Agreed, but it's 4 months later, and Holder is still getting away with playing dumb, as is Obama's gal Napalitano....and while we're at it, Barack's "dear Friend" Carzine just told us he's sorry...but he has NO idea where the 1.2 BILLION$ WENT. Time for America to start buiding gallows...lots of 'em.

This investigation is a Kabuki Dance. The plan was anounced in March '09. Indict Obama; obstructing justice & Holder + perjury. Obama crimes = forgery (long form BC), SS fraud ( bogus CT ss#), violating the War Powers Act (Libya), there's a good start!

I would not doubt that our own U.S. government is doing this same thing in cities around this country. Where gun are a problem. Just to make it bad on the 2nd amendment.
