The athletic training staffs at University of the Ozarks and Sul Ross State University were named by their peers as Division winners of the American Southwest Conference Athletic Training Staff of the Year awards for the 2010-11 academic year. The two member institutions were honored on Monday, December 12, 2011, during the annual ASC Athletic Trainers meeting in Dallas.
Ozarks was presented with the East Division honor for the second time. UO's head athletic trainer is Chad Floyd. Ozarks was also honored in 2007-08.
