  • the ancients tried to preserve themselves by mummifying themselves, and we look at them as being pathetic and stupid.

Today, we try to preserve ourselves with cryogenic freezing. Perhaps in a few thousand years the people of that time will view us in the same way.

  • Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, the largest pyramidal structure in the world. With it's height of 220 meters

  • @mysql0 - also mummification is different anyway - it doesn't trap your soul cause you body isn't kept in a revivable state. preserving your body (or bodies if you reincarnate and preserve more than one...) in natural ways won't affect your soul / consciousness.

  • @mysql0 - sane people think cryo is insane now. see tim leary, he thought about getting his head or whole body cryo-ed. the people working in it told him how stupid an idea it is. in fact one of them knew this reality is so shit, they actually told him they'd never even consider being frozen themselves. read Ubik to realise how dangerously insane cryo is, joeys invasion of runciters wifes consciousness is a demonstration of how it ruins your soul.

  • @dmunoz5999 The alleged Bosnian pyramids are a money-making hoax.

  • to answer if there are forces from our earth could do that.. um yea

  • @MrViTopol Even Lisbon was fonded by the Phoenician...ok.(forgive by bad english). But the origin of the island's name,I asure you,is 100% Portuguese.I'm not an History teacher, and many things in the Portuguese History are yet controversial, including the name of the Azores (Açores in Portuguese),but I'm sure of some things about my Homeland.

  • @12ze34 coincidence is stricking though... Speaking of Sicily , its name comes from the Phoenician ''eskoli'' for grapes for wine which the Carthagenians bought on that island.Syracuse is too of Phonecian origin. Ibiza is of Phonician too , the cult of the deity of debouchery ''Bes'' pervaded on the island hence its Phonecian name ''Ibesim''...

  • @MrViTopol Hardly...Wine was only produced in the XVII scentury, the early names of the islands were: "Leiname,Diserta & Puerto Santo." All documents from those times indicate the huge ammont of trees gave it it's name,Madeira(wood,in Portuguese).By the way,the first and most important production in Madeira in it's early days was sugar cane, very rare in all Europe(brought from Sicily)."Laurisilva" is the name of this particular tipe of forest, very rare this days.

  • @12ze34 do you know that the name of your island Madeira comes not from Portugese, but directly from the Arabic ''Madera'' - '' grapes fermenting into wine'' ?... the same goes for all place names in Europe ...

  • Achaman was the god of heaven by the Guanches like Asman(heaven in kurdish, persian and hindi),Akash(heaven in hindi),Himmel(heaven in german),Schamajim(heaven in hebr.),Samma(heaven in arabic) and Samhain?(New Year by the celtic people)
