This is a binary clock done with a PIC16F628a. Right now it is still in the development stage. I will solder the circuit to a piece of proto board and mount 20 LEDs required for this display format (military time) in a nice assembly. Right now I have two issues:
1) Pressing the buttons multiple times to get a value to increment in setup mode
2) It is running at a software based speed and not by a watch crystal.

I will keep playing with my code to get the set mode working perfect and add an interrupt and watch crystal oscillator circuit as soon as I order some more parts. Turns out you need more than just the crystal package. Who knew?
