the only thing that slows down quick fuse is if it gets damp.thanks for sharing your video.

black powder has its own oxidizer... potassium nitrate. thus in theory you could ignite black powder in fucking space. in summery no tape wont effect any black powder fuse.

the cheap tape that the companys use burns them out lol never had a problem with the other tape

tape like that is fine. i used athletic tape a long time ago because i was out of scotch tape, and it put the fuse out. i read on pyrouniverse that foil tape is best.

yeh i agree with you.. i actually used duct tape on my quick fuse and yellow quick fuse and i dont have any problems and it seems to stick a little better.

Yeah, in the past I actually did a "clove-hitch" knot but found that it would only ignite the firework about 60% of the time. This year I'm going to use all zip-ties.
