Can't create a virus for a one-way chip. You can create a virus that causes the software it's interfacing with to either misinterpret the data or perform different actions to what it's supposed to, though.

That is bad ass. I don't know why on CNN and other shit like that they don't talk about this stuff all the time. They just stopped talking about macheal Jackson being dead. Attaching the electrodes directly to the brain gets much clearer signals allowing them to determine exactly which neurons are being fired. The skull causes the signals to become distorted so it's less accurate.
