@SinsOfScotlandYugioh : Wrong. The starter and Evolution decks were because America didn't want to release powerful Structure decks yet. The Yugi, Kaiba, and Joey Structure decks have never been released in America. I remember when I ordered them off the internet, my friends and I were owning the **** out of people with those cards.
