    these five rites should be made slowly, following a similarly slow rate of breathing! The mind must be fully involved in breathing. It should be like a ritual, not a fitness! Slowly,,,,, thanks

  • @jumano yes I found a video actually with a guy who was doing it right .. well as close to right as could be aspected at least. I will try to find it for you but if I can't find it again please look for it yourself. Meanwhile be happy :))

  • @KelsangWangmo Well she looks happy, in great shape and very healthy, so whether shes not doing them the way you do them, I think it's not hurting her. Maybe she's doing more of a 5 rite exercise than a 5 rite meditative exercise. :)

  • sorry friend but you should not teach these rites, because when they are done right with the breathing which are totally different from other types of yoga and if they are performed with precition and in a correct manner they will actually help a lot but you are not performing any of this sadly enough. Sorry but I have to speak up .. I like your love speech but life and this world is not all that good but something we have to accept as well and is part of life and is what will give progress.
