games like soul nomad and makai kingdom still take place in the disgaea universe. the only reason that they aren't disgaea games is because of the difference in gameplay. the prinny games are still disgaea games but don't have disgaea anywhere in the title. so no she's a disgaea character. if she were a general nippon ichi character then she would appear in games like sakura wars.
