  • HTML5 diverrges from XML in that unlike XHTML, the syntax does not have to be valid XML (though it can be)

    The browser based web with HTML5 is in part moving away from XML, but the overlpas will remain strong

  • I was just looking at HTML5 on W3C website and was looking at the tags. It's cool there are more tags, but would you say this is a more standard way to basically do xml in a sense? I can't seem to put my thoughts together on this, but looking at the tags just really remind me of xml.
