  • @Polybun The pilots call themselves drivers...idioit!

  • wonderful!!

  • @tifosi77 drivers? You mean pilots you fucking retard.

  • Thanks for the video. Simply fantastic. I wish I could experience that just once.

  • To expand on that, I'd be very surprised if more than 10% of F-15 drivers have ever been to the aircraft's rated top speed. Indeed, flying supersonic is something that has to be weighed heavily for a convetional jet, simply because of the massive fuel requirements.

Whereas Raptor pilots supercruise all the time, I'd say even on a majority of sorties. That speed of attack is a unique asset the Raptor brings to the fight.

  • @ThaGVPSon Ultimate top speed isn't a really useful meansure, tho. The Raptor's ability to supercruise (to Mach 1.8 or thereabouts) with a full weapons loadout in its internal bays and at virtually all altitudes is much more useful than a jet that is capable of going 600 mph faster but only in a clean configuration at high altitude.

  • @cypherinf he doesnt evan hav a hd video so he should shut the f*ck up

  • @vikingpowr You do realize that the F-15E was built with variable geometry air intakes, it can fly a full .5Mach faster than the F-22 which is only rated to top out at around twice the speed of sound. Although, if you are referring to the F-22's supercruise capability, then yes, it can cruise considerably faster without afterburner than the F-15
