So this would be my second full disco of a shoulder in one month... The left one this time though. Blew it out catching some snow drag with my left arm behind my back on Whistler Mountain... So lame.

i feel like im fucking crippled because i can't even trust my own arms, its pretty much ruined my sports career i can't do baseball or football anymore and i had surgery and my shouldr hasn't come out but it still pops and feels weak in certain positions and i had it over a year ago. WHat a fucked up injury i can't honestly think of anything worse
