  • why would you ever do amrap of heavy squat cleans? this is so fucking stupid.

  • @ willbrink: this was part of the crossfit games competition. As many reps as possible in 5 minutes with 165#. Again, it is a competition.

  • Painful to watch. Was this put up as an example of what NOT to do or is this considered a good workout by followers of CF?

  • Real Olympic Weightlifting statistically has a much lower injury rate than bodybuilding or powerlifting. Now, thanks to you crossshitters, weightlifting will have a much higher injury rate than ping-pong. Greg Glassman should be bitchslapped.

  • Maybe a dumb question: Is the floor...tilted, or is it just the camera? Because I would hate to do cleans at an incline.

  • There are lots of better ways to get strong power/olympic lifts and get conditioned without throwing yourself in the position of getting a hernia. Very stupid.
