@ willbrink: this was part of the crossfit games competition. As many reps as possible in 5 minutes with 165#. Again, it is a competition.

Real Olympic Weightlifting statistically has a much lower injury rate than bodybuilding or powerlifting. Now, thanks to you crossshitters, weightlifting will have a much higher injury rate than ping-pong. Greg Glassman should be bitchslapped.

Maybe a dumb question: Is the floor...tilted, or is it just the camera? Because I would hate to do cleans at an incline.

There are lots of better ways to get strong power/olympic lifts and get conditioned without throwing yourself in the position of getting a hernia. Very stupid.
