Kiss the Rain by Yiruma (My words)

I've written this poem/word to Kiss the Rain by Yiruma since I was a Sophomore in High school. I decided to share it with you all but I only did like a spoken version of it. If you guys decide you like the words then maybe I'll get someone to sing it or perhaps I'll try to sing it or something. Well enjoy! Thanks to Philip Lin(Krzybuddha) for being there for me and encouraging me to actually make this video. I also thank Yiruma for composing such beautiful music. =]

Here are the words:

I walked a lonely road
As heavy clouds went by
I saw a familiar face
Which seemed to have died
This pours the heavens tears
Falling from the sky
Remembering all things
As I shudder and sigh

I strived in this lonely road
With neverending rain
Why can't you understand?
All this suffering and pain
These tears keep rolling by
As heaven mourns in pain
As I look up
I kiss the rain

At many times
I'd wish to be
The one to hold you in my arms and embrace you endlessly
I'd kiss you once
But to finally wake
To only find that this was all just a simple dream

I ran a lonely road
As harder rain came down
I stumbled and I fell
And splashed at the ground
I lay in misery
Staring at the sky
As water seems to sing
Their strange lullaby

I lay here on this road
A voice inside my head
I seem to close my eyes
To listen instead
It seems to say to me
What to do or see
"Slowly get up
To kiss the rain"

At many times
I'd wish to be

Drenched on this lonely road
One thing that seems so true
The feelings in my heart
Only wish to love you
I'm staring down the road
And what I seem to see

Embraced you endlessly
I kissed you slowly once
To finally see
You seem to fade away
Puzzled I seem to be
Just to realize
I've kissed the rain

I continued walking in endless rain...
