Easy way to get pokemon to lvl 100! (no cheats)

This is a video about route 117-118 where there are lots of people that give you lots of exp at maximum lvl. In this vid, ill show you how much experience each person gives you and so tips on training. and yes, i do abuse the annotations

Ev(effort value) training is when you battle a pokemon that is high is a specific stat( like a linoone, witch has 2 ev to speed.) and battle like 20 of them with a lvl 90+ swampert ( or any other pokemon 90+ or for that matter any pokemon, but at lvl 10-20 you need 16 to go up extra stat point 20-50 you need 8 evs to go up one, and 60+ you need 4.) so after you battle all these pokemon, you gain however much stat points = to the amount of evs you got divided by 4( or 8 or 16). But of course you cant go around killing 120,000,000 linoone and gaining 3,000,000 stat points to speed, because a pokemon can only gain a total of 510 evs, and only 255 can be used per stat ( keeping at that 510 limit.) so after you gain enough stat evs, youll have a faster/stronger/better swampert. Some items can affect the amount of evs you gain like macho brace witch doubles the ev gain, and the power items in d/p/pl. the exp. share doesn't effect the ev gain, and gives the pokemon holding the exp share the same amount of ev points to whatever. So go out and max your mewtwo's hp or some other weak stat that they need more than getting extra powerful in one stat.

I should have realised.. Piefreakdude is 100% correct. You can't get Dive before you defeat the Mauville Gym, which you haven't done because Wally is blocking the way. You either hacked or traded over an already levelled Pokémon from a different game (And if this was the case, a level 65 Swampert would never obey you in battle). This kind of makes me feel depressed about the whole arguement, since the video is void anyways.

Just fighting the elite four is a much more badass way to get to level 100.

or put a pokemon in day care at the beginning of the game then (after completing the game or just leaving the game on for hours) come back and RIDICULOUSLY HIGH LEVEL
