EtUOS - The Easy to Use Operating System

This idea its much older than Google Chrome OS.

The idea is to use a browser as OS or to run an OS ON the browser.

In this case, in my distro, the EyeOS running ON apache is rendered and showed as a native Desktop System.

So, the boot process will be like this:
GRUB, System Init 3, System Init 5, GDM (or not), X (or not) , Opera(as window manager or something like that) (or any other HTML engine), EyeOS

TODO
load the EyeOS directly on a webkit engine, without GDM and without X. On framebuffer?

Why use a AJAX OS instead a C++ or Delphi or however OS? Cuz is a lot easier and faster and safer to develop in PHP and Java Script!
The final user will think its a normal OS.

PS. in this video im starting up the system with a dm start to make the video shorter, before that the entire linux is loaded and then goes to load EyeOS automatically

since you decided to capitalize MY I had to inform you that it was MY idea originally. I had the first javascript APi, first CMS framework, and ofcourse a desktop in your browser was the next logical step. This is 2001 im talking about btw when the web was still very shitty and unprofitable. Except in my idea i was just porting the desktop to a browser but using its native functionality to make an infinite desktop which im quite shocked no one has done yet. novatvmedia . com 4 the latest
