Testing an old, now fixed bug: Damage model test - Pfalz instant flip comparison with landing gear and no landing gear and identical top right wing damage.

There is an RoF bug which causes a damaged aircraft to flip over the instant the wheels touch the ground even if damage is not to the undercarriage and the landing should have been a smooth one. This video demonstrates that with identical damage confined to the top right wing that if the airplane lands on its wheels it will do the instant flip over, but if the wheels are shot off, the airplane will not flip over. Instead we see a well modeled belly landing as would be expected.

Note that the wing damage can be to any wing and/or the tail of the airplane. The damage must be somewhat severe as seen in this video, light damage will not lead to the flip over.
