  • @codeman95291 no raising the knee high makes it harder and more effective thats why he said raising the knees as high as you can whilste whipping the rope as fast as possible. Hope that helped you.

  • do you have to get your knees up high when doing the fast part of it? can't you just jump up and down and see the same results or something close? someone please give me their opinion
