1/n=1/b+1/f union the base(the number under the /,,,,,,,,sorry i learned in arabic,lol)
1/n=(f+b)/fb >>>>twist them and u'll have the result,,,

Have you taken a look at Open Office's Equation Editor? It might make it easier than using paint. In Open Office text editor you just go to Insert->Object->Formula. Then you can type a formula such as:
1 over b = 1 over n - 1 over f
and it will automatically create the visual formula for you.
