At the end of Sukkot is a celebration called Simchat Torah (The Joy of the Torah). They celebrate the reading of the books of Moses from the beginning each year. It is a time for parents to share their tradition with their children. The decorated cases that they are carrying around have scrolls of the Torah inside.

Simchat Torah is rejoicing in the Torah, in the Word of God. The Word is alive. It's living and they know the Word is incarnate. Yeshua is the Torah incarnate. The Word in flesh. And so when they rejoice in the Word, they rejoice in Him.
