Centrum has been a featured multi-vitamin in the health industry for a number of years now backed by some of the leading athletes around today. This product states it is the complete Multi-Vitamin A - Zinc

Leanne James from healthyonline invited me to interview her about this multi-vitamin and see if it is all that the product says it is.

  • What about Centrum Advance?

  • @Keeperz1 synthetic vitamins more effective? Perhaps you meant less than half as effective? DL sourced Vitamin E is a good example.

  • Aha, now I understand. You are selling your own product. Thanks a lot for the unbiased review

  • Why should we trust you Vs all the scientists at Wyeth? Please establish your credibility & background first.

  • @Keeperz1 you are incorrect sir. It's like me trying to say artificial sunlight is safer for you then sunlight.... centrum troll, gtfo

  • @redbone525 synthetic vitamins are safer and more effective than natural

  • Centrum is a junk vitamin. it has Cyanocobalamin in it, which is a synthetic B12. The body can't use it.
