Interessting piece, but Mr. Fells seems rather stuck in his thinking.
Especially the whole pro-nuclear stance is a true shame.
He basicly praises expensive high-tech centralized power stations as the only hope for the world. A few seconds later he points out that the majority of the world is not developed enough to have them. o_0
With distributed energy generation from renewables there is much more hope for the world.
A pity smart people can be so stuck in their ways and... ultimatly wrong.
