  • I completely agree, there is nothing southern about how they make their greens, actually pretty much everything they make is very far removed from true southern

  • I am well aware of how different Asheville is, it is the only city in the south that is NOT southern. You call them "southern" greens but that is not what they are, actually you call most of your food "southern", however true southern food is NOTHING like what you make. Why not refer to your food as "Asheville" greens or "Asheville" style southern. That would give it a more accurate description instead of fooling the northern visitors & transplants into thinking you serve real southern food.
