Guardian reporters bump into Sheriff Joe

Self-admittedly technologically challenged, Sheriff Joe Arpaio called himself "just an old fashioned guy who likes to talk to people" when Guardian reporters bumped into him earlier in the week. And he indeed likes to talk... Sheriff Joe was at the capitol Tuesday doing just that. The reason for the powwow with state legislators, however, remained undisclosed.
