If this is too hard for you, watch my tutorial 13 and 14.
Those are nice preparation for full front split and it's not too hard.
I explain more details in my website but only with Japanese.

  • How are you able to slide into the splits so easily? When I do it, I slide slowly and sometimes I don't have it right away. Do you keep practicing them in order to just pop right into them?

  • @higazekko I think it's depends on flexibility. Maybe move to right and left on floor after splits, it's good exercise to develop your splits. Keep your way, slowly and collect the position. When you improve your flexibility then it will come. Don't worry just keep it up your good training:)

  • Wow. Quick answer :) Thx.

No isometric at all? How long do you hold each stretch.

  • @One1Raptor One minute, ten minutes...as I want. But several times per day.

  • What kind of method are you using when you trying to improve your range of motion?

    Isometric, relaxed ?!

  • @One1Raptor Static stretching with relax.
