Normal as in there's barely enough room for you if a semi-truck is in the opposite lane? We had a couple close calls with trucks on this run, and ran into a couple bikers at the retreat at the end of the run on the NC side who nearly got hit by one as well.

Rated. The road's really that windy? That's almost like one of the backroads up here. :)
