ALDE ADLE Seminar (Full Video Event): Commercial opportunities following a solution to the Cyprus problem

As the negotiations for a comprehensive settlement to the division of Cyprus continues, it is important to recall the economic and political benefits a normalisation and reunification of the island would mean, not only to Cyprus but to the whole of the eastern Mediterranean.

Graham Watson, ALDE member of the European Parliament's High Level Contact Group for relations with the Turkish Cypriot Community and Ska Keller, Green member of the same High Level Group, organise a seminar entitled 'the "The Day After": "Commercial opportunities following a solution to the Cyprus problem" on Wednesday, 1 December from 18.45-20.30 in meeting room ASP A3G3.

The three speakers, Fiona Mullen, Özlem Oðuz Çilsal and Praxoula Antoniadou Kyriacou are all distinguished academics and share a background in economics. The result of their studies point to substantial economic benefits of a reunified Cyprus.
