Obviously this dumb ASS has enough time on HIS hands to watch what others are doing versus GETTING a job. He is perhaps one of those OWS leaches that what something for nothing. How does he know if this simply a security point at which these law enforcement types respond from at certain times of the day … if HE would spend more time being productive in society, perhaps WE all would be better off? Just another AH …

@RyanMiller3039 I don't know where this is (did he say San Francisco?), but in most states it would be two lanes. Not all lanes are marked, and sometimes it's legal to park in the lane nearest the curb, so in that case they'd only be blocking one lane. But the red curb and "No Parking Any Time" sign suggest they shouldn't be in either lane unless it's an emergency.
