This is a very cute house!! The detail in the painting is amazing. This home has tiled floors throughout, tiled bathroom with shower, laundry area ready for a stackable washer/dryer, full kitchen with eating bar, refrigerator, and gas stove and lots of counter space. Also, a separate dining area, and full sized living room as well as TV/den area. Off the bedroom is a wonderful brick patio area that is fully fenced for complete privacy. The house is newly built (2008) and a couple of blocks past Calle de Urdanetta. Many of the homes in this area are currently being updated.
