@YourNotDusk yes, i see that you have a thing for cops, all your posts are police-related. He was shot several yards outside the entrance, surrounded by other Costco patrons, so that would indicate, yes, he did comply and evacuate with everyone else. this could go on forever. Scott's dead, the cops are back to work, the coroner's inquest still exists, Costco is open, it doesn't really matter anymore who did what. Nothing changes when nothing changes.

@YourNotDusk all i'm saying is that its never been proven without a shadow of doubt that Scott was reaching for his weapon. he was obviously complying by leaving the store. i think the cops out here have a wild west mentality. whatever happened to just maiming him so he couldn't get away? i just think its a bit extreme that a man with his guns in the holsters would be riddled with SEVEN bullets. he was Swiss cheese. c'mon. i think a bullet to each kneecap would have sufficed in this situation.

What more evidence does the public need? Officer Mosher stated that Costco had orally reiterated a No-Guns Policy to Mr. Scott. The evidence suggests that Erik Scott acted arrogantly (no surprise) and did not comply with specific instructions. What exactly is the debate or unfairness?
If the Erik Scott attorney is really honest and ethical then what is his record of defending others in similar situations? Case closed. Check mate.

doesn't matter who you vote in..... chances are they will be the same. metro, the district attorney david roger and the lawyers and judges are all in cahoot with one another. sad to say about those who claim to "protect and serve" us but.... they have the us (meaning cops) against them (everyday citizens) attitute. i agree, metro is a disgrace!
