Will Prop 4 Kill Young Women in California?

Proposition 4 is a bad law on the November 4, 2008, California ballot that would require parental notification prior to an abortion with minimal exceptions that don't offer a real alternative.

MOST Pro-ife people dont realize that prop 4 doesnt make abortion illegal, it doesnt reduce the rate of abortions, nor does it stop abortions, it only interferes with peoples lives. They only see Abortions=bad, so therefore prop 4 must pass. If a girl has a good relationship with her parents anyways, then she'll tell her fokes if shes pregnant, its not the governments business what people should do with their lives.

No form of contraception is 100% effective. If we're talking about hypothetical situations here, does a 12-year-old-girl who got raped and then took the morning after pill and STILL got pregnant deserve to be forced to have a child that could potentially kill her?
