Edith Piafs french lyrics describe as the lover is found and taken away by the crowd
whereas the spanish version describes the disappointment about seeing your philanderous lover loving someone else.
Edith Piafs in my view found really convincing new lyrics.

@haroldpenaranda the song is QUE NADIE SEPA MI SUFRIR. Autor: Angel Cabral / Enrique Dizeo. (Argentinos) It was made famous as a peruvian vals. I love the cumbia version by la sonora dinamita. Love Angelique though, no disrespect to her singing.
