Pulverize Productions AUDITIONS!! [Open]

Want to join Pulverize Productions? You can join by submitting an AMV and prove to us that you have the necessary skills to make it in.

We are looking for all rounded editors. This generally means you need to have skills in the many aspects of editing such as:
- Knowing how to make proper cuts/transitions etc
- At least some decent use in effects
- Good use of scenes
- Creativity
- Great concepts
- Having your own style of editing of having a fine grasp of editing techniques.

RULES!
1:
-Make sure the AMV is at least a minute long, preferably 2 minutes. Also you can send more than one but please remember, Quality beats quantity so take your time!

2:
-You must submit a new AMV, not something you've already made previously.

3:
-No Collaborated AMVs please (meaning if two or more people are working to make this AMV, it will not be accepted)

4:
-You may use any anime you like (including video game anime stuff like devil may cry, final fantasy etc) and any song (remember, originality can help).

5:
-You can use any video editing software.

6 (IMPORTANT):
-You can only be in one studio at a time so if you want to join, you must leave the studio you are in (that is if you are in one)

Reasons:
- We like dedicated members
- Dedicated editing = better results
- Realistically speaking, being in more than 1 studio can have an affect on your time management in real life and in the long run. Basically this means managing editing with school life(college/uni), work, a career etc. We don't want to cause unnecessary stress on members due to time management problems and risk losing them as a member.

7:
-Upload your videos to sendspace or similar sites like megaupload or rapidshare or even animemusicvideos.org, that would be delightful =). Make sure you send the download link to each of us and make sure you send it to our youtube inbox:

The reason why I want you to send your videos is so I can see if you have good quality footage. MUST HAVE GOOD QUALITY FOOTAGE!

IMPORTANT RULES:
8:
-The overall and preferred size is less than 100mb. This is to see if you are capable within the technical boundaries of editing. If your AMV is over 100mb and you are incapable of making it lower than 100mb without losing quality, upload it to youtube and send the link so that we can see if you have potential. If you do have some great potential, then we can perhaps help you with technical needs such as compressing files and such.

9:
-There is no due date. This means you are allowed to finish and hand in your AMV at anytime. The absence of a due date is to ensure that you can take your time and give out the best results.
