No. It has to do with him being born in Kenya and his father also being born in Kenya. Anybody can be born in another country and become an American citizen. But to be the president of the United States, the presidential candidate must be born in the United States. Also, BOTH PARENTS must be U.S. citizens. His mother is from Kansas and his father is from Kenya so this also disqualifies him from being the president.
