Joey Garland shows us how to prevent shoulder injuries, this is a great exercise for ANYONE. Body builders, Athletes, moms, people with desk jobs, factory workers... I could go on and on. Even if you don't like to workout this is a great way to keep yourself from getting injured. Do this one.. we suggest at least once a week... Purchase a stability ball... you can find them everywhere.. and you can also do all sorts of exercises on it. I will post a great core workout on a stability ball in the next week or so. Its also great to sit at while you do computer work at home.
