Yeah, you just have to predict it. IF you think they're going to do this move, run behind your goallie and when it's about to go in you can kick it out with B or press A to pass it.

Yeah but i dont play as fast captians i play as mario so I can never make it and switching to my boo wastes too much time

Well, then it should still work with your boo. Just switch to the closest character to the net.
