metal pole and cardboard... i'd use paper mache as well to help attach it along with metal wire

yup, at any artstore or anyplace that sells posterboard, it is usally in the section

do u no where can i get some foam core board?

ah took me a week to make the blade, though i rushed it, i want to go back and fix it up and add in the inner cuts and such. and it dn't cost me much 'cause I had extra wood laying around the house

plus paper mache only takes some old newpaper and some flour and water for the glue :D it's rather easy

you can also use foam core board to make weapons too
