Garlic Mashed Potatoes Side Dish Recipe

How to make Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Whole red potatoes mashed with garlic and cheese? Pass the bowl please!

Ingredients
4 lbs of whole red potatoes
2 (5 oz) packages of garlic flavored spreadable cheese
3/4 of a cup of chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, boil the potatoes until tender enough to be mashed, about 30-40 minutes.
2. Drain and transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add the chicken broth and mash with garlic flavored spreadable cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

I found dipping corn chips in mash potato and gravy and then the other half in guacamole is pretty good.. but dont mix them together.. it looks gross.

It´s a good idea to saeson the water for the potatoe with salt.And you can add fresh/roasted garlic and grated cheddar to the potaoes.
